New Write and Earn a Living Facebook Page

Hello everyone!

I've created a new Facebook page and have synced all, so for all the Facebookers out there, you can now visit the new Write and Earn a Living Facebook Page. When you visit my Wall, you'll see a thumbnail of this blog and/or, if you click on Blog on the left side of the page, you can see all  recent posts with a text snippet, and, if you see a post you are interested in, you can simply click on it to be directed back here to access the full post.

Why a Facebook Page?
Why a Facebook Page? So many of us spend time on Facebook, as a well-needed break from our writing and blogging. I always think of Facebook as a virtual coffee klatch, of sorts--a refreshing change of pace. So for anyone who is already at Facebook and who wants to be able to click right through to this site, without having to type "writeandearnaliving" (I know, it's a long site name) into their browser, they can simply key in "wr" into their Facebook search bar and the page comes right up. From there, it's a simple matter to click through to this blog.

Extra Goodies at Write and Earn a Living Facebook Page.
On my wall, I'm profiling writers' successes, offering quick writing tips, job leads, and encouraging writer interaction, so please stop by and share your thoughts. Why? To illustrate: this morning, a fellow writer, Ken Korczak commented on my wall and left a link to his book review site. Any author who would like an honest review of his/her book will find this information on the wall today. This demonstrates why this type of platform is so convenient and effective. I'll be adding other goodies such as money-making tips and questionnaires.

If you know of anyone who wants to earn income online, please share the new Facebook page with them. And if you like this concept, please press Like at the top of the box to the left.

With a new year ahead, comes "housecleaning" and thoughts as to how to grow my writing business. I've created separate Facebook pages for both Write and Earn a Living and for Bedbug Books.

Are you thinking of creating a Facebook page? Should you create a Page or a Group? What's the difference?

There are key differences between a Facebook Group and a Facebook Page, which can make a difference to your marketing efforts.
