Using HubPages to Sell Products

I've mentioned HubPages at Write and Earn a Living before. Today I want to discuss how you can use HubPages to sell products.

Online writers tend to work a number of opportunities in their efforts to earn monthly income. It pays to give thought to the types of articles you are submitting across different sites. Recently,I wrote an article entitled
Online Writing Sites: My Favorite 5 Places to Earn Money. I was asked, how do you know which type of article is the best fit for each writing site?

Now, in some cases this question is demystified--for example, eHow takes how-to articles--no guessing about articles there. At other sites, though, the process can be pretty much trial and error.

Now, while you can write about nearly anything at HubPages, today I want to discuss writing about actual products. Why? HubPages gives writers two important features, which make earning affiliate income possible. HubPages allows their writers to include Ebay and Amazon product capsules, so that readers can actually visit these sites and peruse related products.

For example, say a writer created a Hub around digital cameras. If that writer were to include Ebay and Amazon capsules showing digital cameras, sales would be generated when readers interested in digital cameras bought cameras by clicking on the product capsules conveniently placed alongside the article. It might be preferable to write product-related articles at HubPages because of these factors.

When you think about it, it makes better sense to write product-related articles at a site that allows for inclusion of product capsules, showing pictures and deals on same. A capsule with a picture is incredibly powerful to those who are already considering a purchase of said product. Check out my Hub K.D. Lang's Best Songs and note the product capsules.
