One site that gets top marks in my books is Mashable. I recently visited Blogger Toolbox: 100+ Tools and Themes and was blown away by all the goodies offered.
Wow! Many Blogger bloggers are looking for interesting templates and you won't be disappointed at the comprehensive listing of template sites here. You pretty much have to see it to believe it.
